Wht everyone wouldn't include BCAA with their insurance is beyond me. Better programs and incentives for the same price!! First accident forgiveness and ZERO dollar windshield replacements are a must in winter. Thank you Marla for all your assistance!

BCAA service was fantastic. They are very courteous & with the current situation, time waits were 5 mins to 10 mins for in person service and I was able to renew my auto insurance with ease. Highly recommended from my part 😉😎 …

I find the staff to be very helpful and they always take the time to work through all the options available to me. Our last experience with Linda and Graham saved us hundreds of dollars. We will continue to drive to Nelson from Rossland due to the fantastic customer service!

Want to thank Preet for coming to the rescue to unlock my car at the Sandman in Castlegar. Such a great guy. Arrived knowing my name and was very pleasant and fast. Great Service. Would recommend if yoy need(which we hope we do not). 4 vechiles with FOBS that did not work in one night. Very strange but problem solved by Preet. Thank-you very much.

All of the staff who helped me, ESPECIALLY Mitchell, were so patient and kind with me!! I had an incredibly stressful jam-packed day which caused me to arrive shortly before close to switch over my new province license/registration. Everyone worked as a team and some were even willing to stay late just to help me. That goes above and beyond my expectations for a business - so well done and thank you so much for working hard and being patient to make peoples days a litter brighter.

Went for passport photos. Whole visit took maybe 20 mins. Great experience and worth the drive from Trail as Nelson also has a service Canada for passports that is actually open reasonable days and hours unlike Trail.

In praise of Preet! My sister and I had a great experience at the end of a challenging day. Preet was the driver dispatched from BCAA in Nelson, and I can't say enough about all the things Preet handled for us when our car would not start. Including towing my car to the dealership so I could drop off keys for repairs the next day, driving my sister to her car so she could get home, and driving me right to my door! By this time it was late and dark out!! I'm so glad I didn't have to figure out how to get home without my car. And Preet did all this with warm smiles, lots of patience, very good humour, and a compassionate and caring attitude. I hope that you will be as lucky as we were should you ever need roadside assistance! Thanks again, Preet.
